Connection problems

Dear Gauls!

We apologize that the “syntax error” (black screen) can still appear when trying to start the game! Some of our servers got new tasks in order to relieve more busy servers.
However, the affected servers are “not used to their tasks” yet, and therefore the login fails for players who get connected to those servers.

We are working on fixing this issue as fast as possible and let you know when it’s resolved. Thank you for your patience!

Reboot of Asterix & Friends LIVE servers

Dear Gauls!

We are currently restarting the servers as part of our efforts to resolve the login issues.
You can expect the appearance of new error messages (depending on the platform or browser), e.g. a “syntax error”.
Those will be gone as soon as the reboot process is completed. Therefore, playing should be possible for everyone in two hours at the latest.
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience!

we updated our test server with a new build.
This version makes it possible for website players (login on asterix-friends.com) to try out the new character Gardenia, the visual building upgrades, and the minigame “Journeys”!
Try out the features thoroughly and send us your bug reports via this form: https://forms.gle/dYHoZWsyBAAr4Hmm6 and receive a reward after the release of the Remaster update on all platforms.
Keep in mind that the progress made on the test server doesn’t have any influence on your village on the LIVE servers.

Login issue survey

Dear Gauls!

Since this Tuesday (September 28th) the following login problem has occurred:
The game fails to load after a “Refresh” with a red exclamation mark being displayed as soon as the loading bar reaches about the middle. In the background, the loading bar then continues to move up to around 90%.

This login problem prevents every player from playing individually for a random period of time and therefore does not affect all players at the same time. In addition, most players can play again during the day.

The developer team is working on a solution to fix the problem as soon as possible and also to help the players who cannot play for other reasons.
