The login problems that affected all players have been permanently fixed by our developers. For this reason, as promised, we have sent all players compensation via an in-game message.
We ask all players who still encounter loading problems or error messages and therefore cannot play, to contact our support team if they have not yet sought contact: support@asterix-friends.com
Our developers are still trying their best to find a solution for Android players who use a device with Android 7 or older and therefore cannot play. We are also working on replacing the chat system and preparing the iOS update. Information on the release date of the new features will follow soon.
